Cancellation Policy

At Camping Kythira Kapsali, we understand that plans can change. However, to maintain our service quality and availability for all guests, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation.
• This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
• The remaining balance (70%) is due at the end of your stay.

We recommend that all guests consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that might affect your travel plans.

Reservation Modifications

If you need to modify your reservation (change dates or accommodation type), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that any modifications may result in price adjustments based on the current rates for the new dates or accommodation type.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice), your reservation will be canceled, and the 30% deposit will be retained.

Payment Methods

We offer several convenient payment options to ensure a smooth booking experience:

Deposit Payment (30% of Total Amount)

The required 30% deposit can only be paid through:

• Online Payment: Secure bank environment with credit or debit card.

Remaining Balance Payment (70% of Total Amount)

The remaining 70% of your total booking amount can be paid through any of the following methods:

• Card Payment at POS Terminal: Available at our reception desk during your check-out.
• Cash Payment: Accepted in Euro currency at our reception desk.
• Online Payment: We can provide a secure payment link if you prefer to pay the remaining balance online.

Secure Transactions

All online transactions are processed through a secure banking environment with SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your financial information.

Currency

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Payments in other currencies may be subject to conversion rates and additional fees imposed by your bank or card issuer.
